Melindis is a completely renovated Bed & Breakfast near Bruges that offers a high degree of charm and comfort in a green and enchanting setting.  This historic mansion has been successfully transformed into a stylish cocoon that meets the requirements of the modern traveler.

Aside from this impressive setting alone, the owners attach the highest importance to the pure essence of what a first-class B&B should offer: a superior sleep experience in large, luxury-quality “Beds” and a memorable, sumptuous “Breakfast”. In addition to the abundant buffet spread, guests can opt for one or more of the à la carte dishes. And the possibility to try out an Asian breakfast dish is definitely a unique bonus of this B&B.

As guests enter the 11.000 m² private oasis on its rustic cobblestone entrance lane, meandering under welcoming arches of trees and green, the hustle and bustle of the city will seem very distant. And inside the building, the peaceful, earthy tones and natural materials of the luxurious rooms blend impeccably with the lush hues of the garden and forest, in each of the four seasons.

The price per room is 175 EUR/night, which includes breakfast for two guests.

Jabbeke is a rural village just outside of Bruges, with plenty of countryside views and forest areas. In addition, there are a large number of shopping, wining & dining options as well, including supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, coffee and sandwich bars, pubs, restaurants etc.

Melindis B&B is located within a protected heritage landscape just outside the village. As soon as guests leave the premises and step or cycle outside the property’s entrance gate, they are on official, marked hiking and cycling trails already and they can start discovering the region. Staying at Melindis B&B truly offers the best of both worlds. There’s ample free and safe parking space for cars, motorcycles and bicycles, ideal for the many visitors who avoid parking stress and costs by staying overnight outside of the busy Bruges city center with its narrow and traffic-restricted streets.

The central location of Melindis B&B makes it the ideal base to explore not only the lovely town of Bruges and its surroundings, but also the Belgian seaside resorts of Oostende, Bredene and De Haan, just to name a few. And with the E40 highway only 2 kilometers away, other Belgian must-see cities like Gent, Antwerp or Brussels are easily within reach as well, just like Oostende Airport and Calais/Eurotunnel Le Shuttle.
